📖 Our Story – How VocatioVista Began

VocatioVista was born out of a simple but powerful realization: many talented individuals in our communities are uncertain about their future paths—not due to a lack of potential, but a lack of guidance.

With over 10 years of experience working in career guidance, education, and youth development in Sri Lanka, our founder, Mohammed Nibras, observed how many students and aspiring entrepreneurs were navigating life without a roadmap. VocatioVista was created to fill that gap—with clarity, compassion, and practical advice.

What started as a small effort to guide school leavers has now evolved into a growing platform offering career counseling, business motivation, and entrepreneurship support—reaching people across all walks of life.
